Blue Mesa rPOS is a free point of sale (POS) software program designed for the Food Services environment. An impressive list of features allow you to create tickets, and manage orders. You can also track COG, tips by Server, Cash transactions and Credit Cards processed. Blue Mesa POS has POS - MANAGER software which is also loaded with reports for EOD, Employee tipout, profits, taxes collected, employee EOD. Blue Mesa POS is also Credit Card ready!

This is not a demo, limited or trial version, but a full working copy of our Restaurant POS software. Why are we giving it away? We hope you like it so much that you'll sign-up for XCharge credit card processing services.

    • New Features for v4.0

  • SPLIT function in manager window allows easy SPLITTING of menu items so price can be shared by people at a table!

  • Pin Pad now has * blockout so other employees cannot steal passwords

  • Employee Anti-Theft has been improved by insuring that a ticket MUST be HELD or there is no way to print a KITCHEN TICKET so food theft and feeding the roomies / relatives has been alleviated!

  • General Sales Tax ( GST ) AND Additional Sales Tax ( AST ) calculations are built in!

    • This is primarily for our friends from Canada and Europe who have a VAT or AST on sales of Alcohol or Dry Goods, but some municipalities in the USA are considering a AST on Alcohol as well!
    If you do not use AST or VAT... simply leave it at 0 and it will not be calculated.

  • All OPEN tickets will now be ported to the new days TICKET database acting like a TAB HOLD feature


    • Different Credit Card Companies have rules about how long a Credit Card can be held on a transaction. To our best knowledge: the same credit card MUST be present when completing a TAB HOLD transaction! Please check the laws of your locality before assuming we have the correct information!!!



    New Features for v6.0

  • The majority of the improvements in v6.0 are internal. There have been many improvements to the SQL parsing and internal routines on both the AIO versiona and in the SQL server.

  • BM-rPOS has now been split in to two versions: one using the Tablemap and one which uses the keyboard for table or location entry.

  • All of the MAIN CONTROL buttons are now LANGUAGE CONFIGURABLE and can be retexted by editing a simple file (Editor for this file coming soon!)

    • Please note UTF-8 UNICODE HAS NOT BEEN TESTED WITH THIS FEATURE IN A MAJORITY OF LANGUAGES INCLUDING ASIAN...

  • MULTI UTF-8 Language Support! The ability to encode the Internal Control Buttons with UTF-8 Based UNICODE Translaions!

    You don't have to use the XCharge Credit Card Processing Software Service, but ACTIVE REGISTERED CUSTOMERS of XCharge that use their service have FREE SOFTWARE SUPPORT and LIMITED CUSTOMIZATION for the tenure of their contract with XCharge / CAM Commerce SOlutions.
